There are lot of stuff available for schools to impart education, but has anyone thought why school education is still from books only? School may have used the latest methodologies to impart education but at the end of the day everything is surrounding around the book syllabus. My simple question is, why are schools only teaching what is in books (of course in many different ways) ? Why don\u2019t they teach practical implication of what is in the book ?
It is hard to believe that after 12 years of school education, 3-4 years of graduation and 2 years of post graduation, a student is still treated as fresher. Every new joiner has to go through training program to perform his\/her duties independently, and believe me these training programs are totally different from what all we have learned at school, graduation and post graduation levels.<\/p>\n
Just think if we start this practical training after the age of 18 years (i.e from class 12 onward) what kind of expertise student would gain while he\/she apply for the job?<\/p>\n
And the most important is: Just think what kind of expertise a student would have if he is trained between the age of 5 to 14 years when the brain is most fertile?<\/p>\n
We all know this but no school has the courage to implement this at a tender age. Similar is the case with parents where they spend only 10% of the required money on child\u2019s early education, thus making their foundation weak and later will spend 200% more to get there child prepare for competitions.<\/p>\n
